How are plans set?
Right in the table by clicking a cell in “Month” mode — by money and by deal count, for each rep and department.
Where do actuals come from?
Actuals are computed automatically from CRM deals for the period and compared with the plan in real time.
Do I set quarter and year separately?
No, they are summed from the plans of their months automatically.
